snowglobes

I liked how in the movie Unfaithful, Diane Lane and Richard Gere’s characters collected (really nice) snowglobes as souvenirs from all of the places they traveled to. I’m going to collect snowglobes, too.

You know, someday when I travel.

I watched Unfaithful tonight also…forget snow globes…..let’s talk about who in their right mind would cheat on Richard Gere???

I can’t believe I am admitting this, but back when Martha Stewart used to sell crafty things on her site, she had these make-your-own-snowglobe kits that I was itching to try.

Hm, I’m going to file this back under Stuff I Really Need To Keep To Myself.

There’s a plot device like this in “Eye of the Beholder” as well.

I like the way Sandy Bullock keeps her Italy snowglobe that her father gives her in While You Were Sleeping. It’s sweet and a reminder of the life outside of our own.
