I think the concept of anything basically consisting of fat (milk, and thus yoghurt and butter) being “Light” or “Lowfat” is mind-boggling.

Now, if we were talking about lowfat butter, I’d understand.

Personally I don’t object to fatfree.

Light, though is usually made with aspartame. Aspartame is evil. Don’t eat it.
