So far, I am feeling pretty good with twenty-three. I just thought you should know.
To start off my day, I accidentally slept in my contact lenses, something I’ve done so rarely during my twenty-second year. When I woke up, I was shocked by my amazingly clear vision. I thought perhaps I wasn’t looking at anything with any detail, quickly ruled that out, then wondered if maybe God had given me perfect vision for my birthday. Alas, it was just my dry and forgotten contact lenses.
The rest of the day went a lot better. The only downside was that it is a mail holiday, thus no birthday greetings arrived from the postman. I should be used to this by now, though.

Happy belated birthday! …And I once slept with a chewing gum in my mouth… luckily I didn’t choke and die in my sleep, yet it had been a weird wake up, lol.

Happy birthday! I remember when I was 23. I had to share my birthday cake with another co-worker. I’m turning 25 on Tuesday.
