money money money

Thumbs down to my insurance copay on maintenance drugs being 20$. Yet another thing I get to pay for every month. Being an adult sucks.

Thumbs up to my electric bill for being reasonable even though I’ve been using the heat.

Thumbs down for how freaking expensive gas is.

Thumbs up to getting a good student discount on auto insurance almost two years out of school.

Thumbs up/down to all the cheap Christmas CDs at Target and Best Buy. I want to buy you all but I can’t!

Thumbs up for birthday money almost a week later! Yeah!

Thumbs down to Christmas, I’m so over it already.

Thumbs up to Thanksgiving for still remaining to be a real holiday with traditional food being the only retail part of it.

Thumbs up to Marble Slab Creamery for indulging me in a half-pumpkin, half-cinnamon milkshake. Perfect for those of you obsessed with the holidays (Maura).

Thumbs up to Maura for having a great idea for a post.

$20 co-pay per month isn’t that bad nowadays. I was paying $40. If your insurance has mail-order prescriptions, I would look into that. Typically you get three months of drugs for the price of two.

I don’t have insurance through my work (we use John’s)…but if I did, I’d be forking out $50 for brand name drugs. Ouch. Allegra doesn’t have a comparable generic—I don’t care what the insurance company says.
