1. When Chris Harrison says, “Ladies, this is the final rose tonight.” Thank goodness he is there, because I really cannot count to fifteen on my own.

3. TiVo, because even though I forgot the season premiere of the Bachelor was tonight, it did not.

4. Crawling into bed every night and getting at least six hours of sleep.

5. My sound machine which lulls me to sleep.

Maybe this post should have been titled, “I am thinking about sleep and the Bachelor.”
