It’s no secret I’m not fond of driving. I don’t get excited about cars. For me, it’s pretty dull, and there’s always the chance of, oh, having a run-in with another car (cough). I live in Tennessee, so it’s pretty much a necessity, but that doesn’t mean I enjoy it.
Lately, however, there has been a slight upswing in my feelings about driving. I like having the time to blast music and sing to myself, and if I’m on my way to somewhere good, even better. I think this is why I semi-enjoy the gym, too (although I can’t sing out loud without attracting attention).
I still don’t want to drive across the country or anything.

I’ve taken some hectic driving trips but i do enjoy it. I think driving alone helps me concentrate and think about things more clearly… like i used to do when i was a kid sitting in my bedroom waiting to fall asleep!

I counted 28 states that I had driven through in my old Saturn. I’ve only been through 17 so far in my truck, but my wanderin’ days are winding down a bit.

I would love to drive across America, while wearing a bullet proof vest of course.
