That’s all for now.
A couple of years ago, I gave everyone in my family books for Christmas. Different books. I really like this idea, to give everyone a different variety of the same thing, but I haven’t thought of another good item to do it with. Any ideas? Keep in mind I have to ship or travel with these presents.

Maybe wintry stuff like mitten/toque sets or knit scarves or something? If you fold them up they’re pretty tiny and they’re definitely light plus incredibly seasonal.

Have you thought of different styles of calendars? Try either a day-by-day calendar, a leather-bound journal or a big or small wall calendar. I’ve done that a couple of years ago, and they’re easy to wrap and send.

Just reading this list makes me happy. I also pulled down all of my Christmas boxes from the garage and rafters. I currently have 6 big plastic tubs of Christmas stuff. K said, “You are NOT putting up Christmas stuff yet.” FINE. I just need to take stock so I know what I need to buy…. :P Calendars are a great idea, my favorite thing is to “make” them on shutterfly or cafepress. People loooove personalize calendars.

i can only think of two ideas and both are really bad ones…. music or sex toys.
