I made falafel, and it was delicious

17 jul 07

I forgot my camera in Atlanta this past weekend, which is rather unfortunate because we made falafel and I wanted to share. I chose this recipe for falafel (and cilantro yogurt) (made in balls, though, not patties), and although I was pleased with the results, I’d probably try something slightly different next time only because the chickpeas could stand a bit more seasoning. But, it was satisfying and easy to make. We had some hummus a few weeks ago and I’ve been pretty much craving falafel ever since.

Also, I can get my camera back this weekend when I, oh, right, move to Atlanta.

Good Luck with your move! You’ll love being a “Georgia Girl!”

I made falafel once and it was decidedly un-delicious. Hope the move goes well - can’t wait to see pictures of Atlanta :)

I tried that once, and it’s a taste you acquire for.
