In the past I’ve been a big proponent of daylight savings time, but now that they’ve moved the dates up and back I’m not so sure. There’s evidence on both sides of the issue, but I guess if it does save energy we should continue to do it.
I was in Nashville this weekend, so I was in Central time while I am used to Eastern time. Fatigue, the DST time change, and the time zone difference resulted in my having no concept of what time it was all day today. I’ve actually been wanting to move my mornings up 30-60 minutes, so I’ll attempt to take advantage of my confused biological clock to start tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Would I be the only ass in the crowd to say it’s “Daylight Saving Time” and not “Savings”?
